 Please note that all sales are considered final, and we do not offer refunds for our services. The processing times and result turnaround dates provided, even those for expedited processing, are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We do not provide refunds or discounts for delays in test results caused by factors such as adverse weather conditions, shipping delays, insufficient specimen samples, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

 Both participants undergoing testing and any third-party payors share joint and several responsibilities for the full payment of test fees. If a testing participant decides to cancel, decline, or is unable to proceed with the test after the initial appointment, all testing costs remain nonrefundable, and any outstanding fees must be settled in full.

        Given the intricate nature of DNA testing, there might be instances where a participant needs to provide additional DNA samples to ensure the accuracy of the test. If a testing participant refuses or is unable to provide these additional samples when requested or required, all purchases will be considered final, and all testing fees remain nonrefundable.
